Find an editor

The freelance register

People included in this register are professional members of the Tasmanian branch of IPEd, who have provided information about themselves. We publish this information in good faith and with due care, but cannot offer recommendations, or give any guarantee that a particular editor will be suitable for a particular task. We encourage all businesses and individuals planning to use a freelance editor to ask for examples of previous work and check references.

Some members are Accredited Editors (AE) or Distinguished Editors (DE). Accredited editors have demonstrated their professional competence and understanding of editing standards, skills and knowledge by passing the IPEd (Institute of Professional Editors) accreditation exam. For more information about accreditation, see the IPEd website.
